HERNÖ GIN FLIP
Smooth. Sweet. And frothy. Like a mini meringue in a glass. Closer to heaven than you could possibly get.
INGREDIENTS
50 ml Hernö Gin
30 ml simple syrup
1 whole egg
HOW TO
Add Hernö Gin, simple syrup and one whole egg in a shaker.
Shake everything without ice.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain in to a chilled glass.
