Blå Band classic sauces help you make every dinner a success.
Cream sauce is a big favourite in the Swedish cuisine. It is great with meatballs (add boiled potatoes and lingonberries and you've got one of our most traditional dishes!), as well as steaks, sausages and liver.

Whisk contents of one bag with 1 dl cold water and 2 dl milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Keep stirring and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve!

Ingredients:
Wheat flour (gluten), corn starch, palm oil, cream powder (9.0 %), yeast extract, lactose, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (E 451 and soya lecithin), colouring (E 150c), milk protein, onion, maltodextrin, aroma.
