Semper Gruel from 8 months

Semper Mild Wholegrain Gruel contains wholegrain oats which gives it a round and mellow taste. It contains important proteins, vitamins and minerals, as well as essential fats.

Content Skimmed milk powder, oatmeal, desalinated whey powder, oil (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), maltodextrin, wheat starch, flour oat flour, minerals (calcium, iron, zinc), emulsifiers (veg. mono-and diglycerides), vitamins (A, D, E, C, thiamine, niacin, B6 , folic acid, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid). The product contains 18% whole-wheat flour

Dosage
145 g (about 3 1 / 2 dl) powder to 9 cups water provides 1 liter of finished mixture.
Water Powder Ready mix
1 dl 2 1 / 4 tbsp 110 ml
2 dl 4 1 / 2 tbsp 220 ml

It is important to take the right amount of infant formula powder and water. Use, therefore, a tablespoon measure and not a tablespoon. Serve the porridge in a bottle or mug.
