Semper Mild gruel is based on oats, which gives it mild flavor. It has no added sugar and contain essential proteins, vitamins, minerals and essential fats.

Desalinated whey powder, skimmed milk powder,oil (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), flour oat flour, oat flour, maltodextrin, wheat starch, minerals (calcium, iron, zinc, iodine), emulsifiers (veg. mono-and diglycerides), vitamins (A, D, E, C, thiamin , niacin, B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid).
Dosage
145 g (about 3 dl) powder to 9 cups water provides 1 liter of finished mixture. Water Powder Ready mix.
1 dl 2 tbsp 110 ml
2 dl of 4 tbsp 220 ml
It is important to take the right amount of infant formula powder and water. Use, therefore, a tablespoon measure and not a tablespoon. Serve the porridge in a bottle or mug.
