Dark Ryebread Lingongrova (frozen)

Pågen Lingonberry Loaf is soft and slightly sweet and is one of Sweden's most loved breads. It's a the sourdough with wheat and rye, and rolled it in the crushed wheat. Smoked salmon or Caviar is as good with it as a slice of mild cheese. A bread for any occation.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, wholegrain wheat flour,  rye flour, wholegrain rye flour *, syrup (glucose, sucrose and fructose), gluten, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, lingonberry (1.5% ), wheat bran, red currants, fermented wheat flour, wheat starch and salt.

Each package contains 500g.
