Pågen's dark Lingonberry loaf is much loved in Sweden. It's a sourdough made from wheat and rye, and rolled in crushed wheat.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, rye flour, whole grain rye flour *, syrup (glucose, sucrose and fructose), wort, whole grain wheat flour *, gluten, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, lingonberries (1.5% ), wheat bran, red currants, fermented wheat flour, wheat starch and salt.
