Lingonberry Preserve

This Lingonberry preserve is made with raw berries, i e the sugar is stirred in with uncooked berries, which make it a little fresher tasting. Lingonberries naturally contain Benzioc Acid, which works as a preservation agent. It's great with all kinds of savoury dishes, especially swedish blackpudding, Wallenbergare and meatballs, bought or home made!
