Just as the post-Christmas blues have started to fade, it's time for the lovely Semla Buns to sweep in and brighten these dark, cold months. Here at TotallySwedish we now begin the contest between colleagues: Who can eat the most Semlor before the Semla time is up? But we promise to make sure there's some left for our customers too!

We will have fresh semlor from Bageriet on Tuesdays and Fridays in both our shops, and we will also stock frozen buns which we can sell in our webshop. If you wish to bake your own semlor then you can find most ingredients here (you'll find the rest in English shops). If you don't have your own recipe already, then feel free to try this.
