Chocolate ball


100g softened butter
1dl caster sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
3dl oats (rolled oats are fine)
3 tbsp cold, strong coffee (or Bailey's, Rum or Arrack, should you prefer).

Pearl sugar or unsweetened desiccated coconut. 

Mix butter, sugars, cocoa, oats and flavouring in a bowl. Do not eat all of it immediately, but roll into balls, about the size of large grapes.
Roll the balls in coconut or pearl sugar. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer (unless you manage to eat them all within the hour).
