Abba French Onion Herring is a popular herring in a clear layer with selected pieces of herring flavored with red wine vinegar, onion and allspice. This product contains herring (Clupea harengus) of the highest quality, fished in the North East Atlantic and coming only from viable stocks. The herring is stored in our rock room in Kungshamn on the west coast of Bohuslän before we put it in with selected spices and seasonings so that you can enjoy your favorite. Herring is just as suitable for Christmas, Easter and midsummer as it is for a good quick lunch or dinner or why not brunch?

Ingredients: Herring in pieces, sugar, onion (18%), salt, allspice, red wine vinegar, rapeseed oil, natural flavor (contains cinnamon), acid (acetic acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), thickener (xanthan gum).
