Lakritsbåt "Hommage" Tore Wretman by Haupt. A homage to one of the greatest Swedish chefs. This homage consists of a spin on the classical liquorice boat. Haupt has made this with slow cooked and aged liquorice, (with 9% of raw liquorice from Calabria) to create a deep and characterful liquorice.
