Sempers Oat Crispbread is a crispy, fiber-rich and gluten-free crispbread. Baked on pure wholegrain oats and with low sugar content. Oat cracker is lactose-free, keyhole-labelled, FODMAP-friendly, with no added wheat starch, palm oil free and vegan.

Ingredients: Corn starch, gluten-free OAT groats (26%), potato flour, modified potato starch, sugar, rice flour, buckwheat flour, veg.fiber (gluten-free oats, potatoes), rapeseed oil, thickeners (guar gum, pectin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), salt with iodine, yeast, spices (anise, fennel, cumin), mineral substance (iron), vitamins (thiamine, niacin, B6, folic acid).
