Sempers Oat Cracker is a crispy, fiber-rich and gluten-free crisp bread. Baked on pure whole grain oats and with a low sugar content. Oat crackers are lactose-free, Keyhole-labelled, FODMAP-friendly, without added wheat starch, free from palm oil and vegan.

Ingredients: Corn starch, gluten-free OAT groats (26%), potato flour, modified potato starch, sugar, rice flour, buckwheat flour, veg. fibers (gluten-free OATS, potatoes), rapeseed oil, thickener (guar gum, pectin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), salt with iodine, yeast, spices (anise, fennel, cumin), minerals (iron), vitamins (thiamine, niacin, B6, folic acid).
