Sweden's notorious soured or fermented herring. The traditional way of eating this rather odd delicacy is wrapped in a soft flat bread like Sarek Polar Bread. You butter the bread, place some gutted herring on it together with slices of Almond potato (a fairly sweet and waxy sort) and chopped onion, fold it up and eat it with your hands. It tastes much better than it smells.
Weight 440g, of which 300g herring (around 5-7 pieces).
