Skimmed milk, desalinated whey powder (from milk), oat flour, wholemeal wheat flour, wheat starch, cream 8,5%, rye flour, rapeseed oil 6%, sunflower oil 6%, minerals (calcium, iron, zinc, iodine), vitamines (A, D, E, C, thiamine, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid), dry yeast. Contains 34% wholemeal flour.
