YIN GLOW WEDNESDAYS 6.30-7PM & YIN FLOW SUNDAYS 11-11.30 am
We will use asana (posture), pranayama (breathing) and meditation as our tools to aim for a state of more glow and flow during our current life of lockdown..
In Yin we stay in each pose for a longer period of time in order to reach the deeper parts of our body, like our joints, fascia and ligaments. It’s a slow and meditative practice that can really help us relax and give more room for breathing and being. The morning classes will include more dynamic-but always mindful - movement.
The classes are 30 minutes through Zoom and no previous experience is needed. To register for class please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with Free Totallyswedish classes in the subject heading.
Yoga has been part of my daily practice since 2014 and it brings me balance for a healthy life and a better understanding of how we function as human beings.
The classes I provide are a time just for you, to have the chance to recharge in this fast paced and constantly changing world. I focus on helping you to reconnect with your breath, body and mind, so you can regain energy and focus to face all the demands and challenges of life.
