Ice Cream Wreath with Whipped Cream and Fresh Berries
An ice cream wreath featuring a combination of creamy vanilla ice cream, delicious strawberries, fresh raspberries and redcurrants, where every bite takes you on a journey through the flavours of summer.
Ingredients:
1 tub of vanilla ice cream (1.5 l)
200 ml whipping cream
1 l strawberries
0.5 dl raspberries and redcurrants
60 g meringues
Edible flowers
Method:
Whip the cream and halve the strawberries.
Spread the cream in a circular shape on a cake stand or plate. Arrange the strawberries and meringues in the same shape.
Scoop the ice cream into balls on the plate and top with more berries and edible flowers.
