Blå Band classic sauces help you make every dinner a success.
Hollandaise, with its characteristic flavour, is the popular sauce from the french kitchen. It is best served with fish and seafood dishes. It is also great with asparagus and other vegetables, as well as in fish au gratin.

Whisk contents of one bag with 1.5 dl cold water and bring to the boil while stirring. Simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat and add 50g butter. Whisk until the butter is melted and serve!

75g. 3 bags give 3 x 2 dl of sauce.

Palm oil, modified corn starch, skimmed milk powder, lactose, salt, milk protein, maltodextrin, emulsifier (E451 and soya lecithin), egg yolk powder (12%), yeast extract, acid (E330), turmeric, natural aromas, colouring (E150c).
