Premium punsch with high-quality Batavia arrack from the island of Java, Indonesia and with lower sweetness. The recipe maker is Henrik Facile and what made it ground-breaking was that for the first time a blend of Jamaica rum was included in a punsch recipe. To achieve the best complexity, a large number of different distillates are used of both barrel-aged Batavia arrack and barrel-aged Jamaica rum. Served at the Nobel Banquet in Stockholm, Sweden in 2000, 2010-2019, 2022, and 2023. Nuanced flavour with barrel character, hints of orange, apricot, and dark chocolate.
