Delicious salt liquorice ice cream made with Swedish fresh cream filled with liquorice fudge and swirls of salt liquorice sauce. Always made in Slöinge, Halland.

Ingredients: skimmed MILK*, CREAM* (21%), glucose syrup, sugar*, sugar, dextrose, ammonium chloride, liquorice root powder, flavourings, liquorice extract, colour (vegetable carbon), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids, sunflower lecithin), stabiliser (fruit kernel flour, guar kernel flour, pectin), invert sugar syrup, vegetable fat (shea, rapeseed, sunflower oil), salt. *Origin: Sweden. Ammonium chloride, liquorice root powder and liquorice extract are not from Sweden. Cream with 40% fat content.
