Touch of Taste Lobster Stock gets its distinct flavour from Norwegian lobster. It enhances the flavour of fish and seafood dishes and can also be used in cold sauces and dressings.

Ingredients:
Water, salt, tomato purée, white wine, fish, cognac, celery, acid (lactic acid), lobster, vegetable extract, modified potato starch, paprika extract, preservative (potassium sorbate), onion extract, black pepper aroma, rosemary aroma, marjoram extract. Salt in diluted stock is 0,8%.
