Schär Glutenfria Pepparkakor

These delicious gingerbread biscuits from Schär are gluten and lactose free. They are a must at Christmas and is perfect with Swedish mulled wine (glögg) and Swedish Christmas soda (julmust).

Ingredienser: rice flour, veg margarin (veg. oil (palm, rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifier (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), flavouring, food colours (curcumin, annatto)), inverted sugar syrup, sugar, potato starch, tapioca flour, maize flour, spices (cinnamon, clove, ginger) buckwheat flour, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate). May contain traces of eggs and nuts.
