This chocolate bar contains freeze-dried Arctic raspberries that Nordic Chocolate have dried themselves in the chocolate factory and ground into the chocolate batter. It was awarded a bronze medal in 2021-22 in a prestigious international bean-to-bar competition and has been served to the King of Sweden - who considers Arctic raspberries to be one of his favourite berries.
