Oak wood chips hot smoked salmon is cold cured with our own home-cure recipe and then roasted in our kilns to perfection, producing a deep flavour. While it's perfect for flaking into salads and pasta, our favourite way to enjoy it is warming them through in the oven or under the grill and simply plating up the fillets with a few buttered potatoes and greens - delicious!
