Creamy blueberry ice cream made with Swedish fresh cream and blueberries from the Swedish forest in a baked wafer. A distinct taste from Swedish nature. Always made in Slöinge, Halland. The ice cream cone Emil is a collaboration between Astrid Lindgren AB and SIA Glass.

Ingredients: skimmed MILK, sugar, CREAM (14%)*, WHEAT FLOUR, coconut oil, glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, blueberries, blueberry juice concentrate, cocoa, cocoa butter, lemon juice concentrate, natural flavouring, colour (black carrot, caramel), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids, rapeseed and sunflower lecithin), stabilisers (fruit kernel flour, guar kernel flour, pectin), salt. *Cream with 40% fat content.
