Pågen Lingonberry loaf, for those who love soft, wonderfully moist bread. Rich wholemeal rye combined with sourdough, which adds a gently acidic flavour. The lingonberries provide tasty, well-balanced fruitiness. Sold frozen.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, wholemeal flour of RYE and WHEAT, RYE flour, syrup, wholegrain RYE, cut, sour dough of WHEAT and RYE, wort of BARLEY, WHEAT GLUTEN, WHEAT bran, rapeseed oil, yeast, lingonberry, red currants and salt.

PLEASE NOTE: We receive this product fresh to us and freeze it before it expires. The best before date is for the fresh product. As we sell this bread frozen the best before date on the product may have expired. However, please be aware that Pågen bread last 3-6 months in the freezer.
