Fjällbrynt Mjukost Räkor

Our classic Prawn Cheese is made with 100 percent Swedish Edam cheese, has a wonderfully creamy texture and is flavoured with fine pieces of northern prawns. The northern shrimp are fished in approved waters and cooked immediately after catch to maintain their freshness and fresh taste. Prawn Cheese is Fjällbrynt's best seller and goes just as well on a breakfast sandwich as in a quick smörgåstårta (sandwich cake).
