Gurksallad från Rydbergs.

A creamy salad with cucumber and mayonnaise. A classic accompaniment to boiled and grilled sausages. Cucumber salad also adds spice to fish fingers and other fried and breaded fish.

INGREDIENTS: Cucumber 44%, rapeseed oil, sugar, water, EGG YOLK, MUSTARD SEED, salt, onion, paprika, ginger, cloves, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, vinegar, modified starch, stabilizers (guar gum, xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), colour (chlorophyll copper complex, riboflavin).
