Step by step:

1. Soak the fabric where the stain is
2. Rub the Galltvål into the stain until a lather forms
   
3. Leave to work for at least 10–20 minutes
4. Wash the garment by hand or in the machine
5. Repeat for stubborn stains

Remember to always check the colour fastness of the garment before using Galltvål.
