Rydbergs potatissallad

A potato salad made of Swedish potatoes and the taste is mild and creamy. Goes very well with cold cuts and as a side dish for the BBQ.

Potatoes 70%, rapeseed oil, water, onion, egg yolk, salt, mustard seed, vinegar, black pepper, spices, sugar, stabiliser (guard gum, wanton gum), (citric acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
