A must have for every kräftskiva/ "Crayfish Party", just defrost and enjoy! Vacuum packed frozen CRAYFISH cooked in water, dill, salt and sugar. This is the MEDIUM SIZED crayfish – each box contains 24-30 crayfish. 1kg serves approx 2 people.

For best results defrost in the fridge for 36-48 hours.

Louisiana crayfish, (lat: Procambarus Clrkii), brinte (water, salt, flowering dill, sugar). Caught in Egypt, using Freshwater traps.
