Kungsörnen Wheat flour from Lantmännen is created from fine wheat from Swedish fields. Kernel wheat flour is ground and sifted for Swedish winter wheat in our own local mills in Malmö and Strängnäs. You can use core wheat flour for everything from soft to hard cakes, breadcrumbs, bread, or buns. An excellent all-purpose flour!  This flour is part of Lantmännen's Climate & Nature cultivation program, a flour that is grown with a lower climate impact. This means that when you choose to bake with this flour, you contribute to Lantmännen being able to grow grain using more sustainable methods.
