Sifted rye with wholemeal rye flour provide a rich, deep flavour. The mild acidity of the sourdough is beautifully rounded off by the sweetness of the dark syrup. Sold frozen.


Wholegrain rye flour, wheat flour, water, rye flour, syrup, sour dough of wheat and rye, yeast, wheat gluten, malt of rye, salt and rapeseed oil.


PLEASE NOTE: We receive this product fresh to us and freeze it before it expires. The best before date is for the fresh product. As we sell this bread frozen the best before date on the product may have expired. However, please be aware that Pågen bread last 3-6 months in the freezer. This product is likely to defrost in transit, so we recommend that you use it straight away or re-freeze it at delivery. We usually receive fresh bread on Mondays and thus if you place your order during the weekend or early in the week we may be able to send it fresh to you, depending on stock.
