TOAST SKAGEN
Toast Skagen combines prawns and a handful of ingredients on sautéed bread - the perfect starter!

Toast Skagen (Serves 4)
INGREDIENTS:
4 slices of white bread
320 g peeled prawns
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
150 g whitefish roe
50 g fresh dill
1 lemon

HOW TO:
Remove all crusts from the bread. Sauté in the butter until golden brown on both sides. Place on paper towels.
If the prawns are large, cut them into smaller pieces. Save four sprigs of dill to garnish.
Finely chop the rest of the dill and mix in with the prawns, mayonnaise and mustard. Serve the mixture equally onto the slices of bread.
Shape the whitefish roe and place on top of each toast.
Garnish each with a sprig of dill and serve with a slice of lemon.
