125 gram butter
3 dl flour 1 spoon water
150 gram grated Västerbottencheese
3 egg 2 dl Cream 1 pinch of black pepper
Put the oven on 225°.
Mix butter and flour like a crumble paste.
Add water and mix it to a smooth dough.
Cover the baking tray with dough (app 24 cm round baking tray).
Prick the dough with a fork and put in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
Whip together the egg and cream and add the cheese and a little bit of salt and pepper.
Pour the filling in the tray with the dough and bake for another 20 minutes until the dough is firm.
Leave to cool.
